Green computing practices came in 1992, when the Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) launched the Energy Star program. Green computing is also known as green information technology (Green IT). Beside, why we need to green computing? As we are familiar that plastic is a hazardous material, but the electronic wastes (E-Waste) is more hazardous than the plastic. We can use the 4G to green computing there are green use, green disposal, green design, and green manufacturing. Green use is let us minimizing the electricity consumption. Green disposal is re-making an existing computer or recycling, unwanted electronic equipment. Then, green design is design energy-efficient computers, and other digital devices. Green manufacturing is minimizing waste during the manufacturing of computers and other subsystems to reduce the environmental impact of these activities. Green computing is a step taken to save the environment and be environment friendly and so that we can minimize loss to our environment and can use this green computing as an important thing, such as energy efficiency central processing units (CPUs), peripherals and servers.
